REQUIREMENTS |
University degree is a MUST in
Microbiology, Food Sciences or related
field.
MUST have 3-5 years related experience
in food processing facility preferably
meat processing.
Management/supervisory experience is a
strong asset.
Effectively manage the microbiology
lab ensuring ISO 17025 standards are
meet.
Assist with product development and
testing.
Assist in the management of HACCP
programs.
Manage facility QA program
Exposure to refrigeration and Steam
Mechanical processing
Strong knowledge of all regulatory
safety standards and regulations
Maintain and monitor all QA issues as
required
Multi tasking and excellent
computer, leadership and communication skills
