The
ideal candidate will have:
- Min 5 years experience required.
- We require that you have strong
design and installation experience
with Rain Screen Technology for
Prevention of Water Ingress into
bulkwood frame and concrete buildings.
- Also we need to see that you
have experience in Condition
Assessment Studies, Pre-Design
Reports, Detailed Design and
Construction Services
- Strong supervisory skills required
to manage the design and construction
both retrofit and new construction
projects
- make recommendations as per contract
requirements to maintain contract work
quality measures
Key
experience and training should
include.
-Moisture issues in buildings
-Best Practice for Building Envelope
Wood Frame
-Construction in the Coastal Climate
of BC
-High-Rise Envelope Performance
-Building Envelope Rehabilitation
-Water Penetration Resistance of
Windows
-Building cladding systems and methods
-Must be eligible for registration
with APEGBC or AIBC
-Occasional travel will be required to
assess on site standards, however most
work in the office.

positive minded, and energetic
professional with strong multi tasking
and excellent communication skills.
