Our client is a leader in the horticultural industry across Canada. They are looking for an experience, broad ranged manager to run one of their locations!

Requirements:

Have experience as HD Mechanic Supervisor or as Agriculture (Farm) Supervisor
Have excellent broad scope manager skills
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Complete preventative maintenance of equipment
Have experience with Farm Equipment
Schedule work hours for team
Support team with training and mentoring
Have excellent communication skills
Able to Multi-task
Knowledge of peat products would excellent!
